|Recommended: YesHave been living at this complex for 10 plus years, have seen different management some better than others. Very happy with current Manager Alejandro who started as a leasing agent and is now in Management. Anytime you ask maintenance with an issue they go above and beyond to help. Since covid-19, I stopped going to the office, but that did not stop the complex from any assistance with any issues, over the phone or through e-mail. There are several new leasing agents that I have not met yet but I still go to Michelle Norcross which I have known for a while. She always has a smile on her face, and helps with any issues I may have. I would recommend this property to anyone.
|Recommended: YesI was in a bind rushing for an apartment, when i came into Bellevue, i have to say i've never had such a great experience leasing an apartment, Isabel C was perfect, i told her what i needed and was looking for, needles to say within minutes off talking with her she had the perfect unit, from the app process to getting the keys she made everything smooth, she knows her stuff and clearly enjoys what she does. Im glad she was the one helping me out.
|Recommended: YesBeen here for a couple months, leasing agents are super nice and always take the time to clarify my concerns. They have a fully equipped gym open 24 7 plus the Wi-Fi room pretty convenience for me, perfect for zoom calls and homework.

Both the staff and maintenance are above and beyond. The updating in my apartment is pretty shoddy in some areas caulk, paint, carpeting not nailed down, trim fell off in the kitchen, bathroom sinks are for someone very exceedingly tall, toilet was not replaced, et al
